You set a password on registration; two-factor authentication is optional but recommended. We monitor logins and flag unusual activity.

Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account plus three years after closure.

Legal Questions About Your Account

Once closed, you cannot log in or place new bets. Any balance remaining is withdrawn to your payment method within 24 hours. Your data is retained for three years after closure for dispute and fraud-prevention purposes, then deleted. You can request account closure through Settings > Account Closure.

Before processing any withdrawal, we confirm that the destination payment account (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank account) is registered under your verified identity. This takes 5–10 minutes. Once verified, funds reach your wallet in under a minute via the payment processor.

Yes. If you believe a deposit charge was wrong or a payout did not arrive, open a dispute ticket in Settings > Disputes within 30 days of the transaction. We investigate with your payment processor and respond with findings within 14 days. Disputes outside this window are not eligible.

During registration, we collect your name, date of birth, email, phone number and identity document (KTP or passport). We also log your login times, device information, game history and payment transactions. This data is used to verify your account, prevent fraud and comply with local regulations.

All transaction records—deposits, withdrawals, bets and payouts—are retained for seven years from the date of the transaction. This is required for financial and regulatory compliance. You can download your full history from Settings > History at any time.
